I set boundaries without guilt.
I stopped shrinking to stay safe, and let go of the pressure to be palatable, agreeable, explainable.

After years of performing, pushing, and overriding my body, I found my way back through breathwork, somatics, and nervous system work. Then I became certified in the modalities that changed everything for me, and began guiding others through the same return.
